Forte was founded by insurance professionals who’d seen the industry from the inside. Having worked with both top-ten global brokers and national firms, we saw the benefits, but also the pitfalls. Too often, big brokers became slow, profit-led and detached from the clients they served.
We built Forte to do things differently. Combining the ambition and agility of a startup with the hard-won expertise of market specialists. We exist to protect what matters, challenge what doesn’t, and set a higher standard for the profession.
