What we need

Why we need it

What we do with it
Personal data we process is usually processed by our staff in the UK. However, for IT hosting and maintenance purposes, this information is located on servers within the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
In isolated instances our sub-processors may process personal data in ways which include temporary transfer of data outside of the EEA. We make efforts to limit any instance of this occurring, and where it does take place we seek appropriate measures to be in place to ensure any transfer is in compliance with Data Protection Law.
Examples of where such transfer may occur are:
- The use of Microsoft Outlook for email communication, and any resulting processing by Microsoft and its sub-processors outside of the EEA/in the US
- Our broker client record management provider uses Reducto for AI-enabled analysis which may involve transfer of data outside of the EEA by Reducto. The AI-enabled analysis is defined input/defined output use, such as generating quote comparison material.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
How long we keep it
We will keep your data until you withdraw consent for us to hold your details or until we no longer reasonably need to retain the information, subject to a maximum of six years after our legal liability for services provided ends. Marketing emails we may send you will contain a clearly identified unsubscribe option; if you use this option, your information will not be used for marketing purposes. Your information used for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive it.
What we would also like to do with it
We would, however, like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone or email.
